  We stayed 2 nights for a short break to Alton Towers. I completely mucked up the booking and booked the wrong week. Only realised this once we had arrived at Alton Towers so called the hotel. They were really understanding and sorted out a family room for us, despite being really busy. Really friendly, helpful staff, who made a real effort with the kids and seemed genuinely happy in their jobs.
  Rooms were clean, beds really comfy and breakfast was great!
  Will definitely stay here again!

  Rooms and service top notch. Great for families want to stay near alton towers. Book up the evening meal though as it can get busy

  Spacious clean rooms, friendly polite staff, ironing board available on request. Would happily stay again.
